If you are a tax preparer who wishes to offer bank products through River City Bank, then please begin the application process by creating an account using the form below.


This account is being created for the purpose of applying for River City Bank Tax Division program. The creator of this account must be either the primary owner (the owner who plays the most active management role in the business) or an employee using a separate PTIN. A business owner who submits an ERO application (via either the RCBgateway or a third-party software company) will be authorizing credit, background and financial checks as part of the application process. Owners will have access to online reporting functionality once the account has been reviewed and approved by River City Bank staff. Once the owner has been approved, he or she may also grant limited access to employee accounts through the Employee Management page.
